3D Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a leading London-based construction company for a Quantity Surveyor on multiple ongoing projects. The role reports to the Commercial Director and involves cost control, tendering, and robust reporting.
Candidates with 2–6 years of QS experience will be considered. You will prepare bills of quantities, valuations, cost analyses and assist procurement, ensuring timely cost reporting and paper trail for Directors.
