A highly regarded multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Construction Project Manager to join its London team. The business has built a strong national reputation for delivering commercially focused consultancy services across the built environment, supporting a high-profile client base of major investors, developers and occupiers. This is a varied and client-facing role focused on commercial office and industrial projects, with a heavy emphasis on cut and carve, refit and refurbishment schemes across central London.
The successful candidate will manage projects from inception through to completion, working closely with prestigious clients while developing their career within a supportive and collaborative consultancy environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly chartered Project Manager looking to join a leading consultancy, work on high-profile projects and benefit from a clear progression pathway.
- Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 (DOE)

- Deliver end-to-end project management services on commercial office, industrial and refurbishment schemes across London
- Manage cut and carve, refit and refurbishment projects from feasibility through to completion and handover
- Assist in managing project programmes, budgets and risk across multiple concurrent instructions
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Chair project meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams
- Prepare and manage project documentation including reports, programmes and risk registers
- Support senior colleagues with client relationship management and business development activities
- Work collaboratively with the wider multi-disciplinary practice to deliver integrated consultancy services
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
- MRICS or MAPM qualified - chartered status is essential
- Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
- Consultancy-side Project Management experience
- Experience delivering commercial office, industrial or refurbishment projects
- Exposure to cut and carve, refit or refurbishment projects would be advantageous
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of project programming, cost management and risk management
