Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their London office. As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will support the delivery of both professional and project‑based Building Surveying services across a broad range of sectors. Working alongside experienced surveyors, you will gain valuable exposure to all aspects of the role while developing your technical knowledge and progressing towards Chartership.
Key responsibilities include:- Assisting with condition surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations and party wall matters
- Supporting project delivery from inception through to completion
- Preparing reports, specifications and schedules of work
- Attending site inspections and client meetings alongside senior surveyors
- Liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams
- Assisting with the successful delivery of projects while developing strong client relationships
Job Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a similar discipline
- Minimum of 6 months' experience working within a Building Surveying consultancy
- Keen to work towards MRICS Chartership
- Good understanding of Building Surveying principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good report writing and client‑facing skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
