Location: Greater London
Grand Arcade is actively seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join our leisure fit-out division. You will commercially manage 2–3 live projects nationwide, collaborating with Contracts Managers and project teams to deliver outstanding results for clients.
Role involves procuring subcontractors, valuing variations, preparing final accounts, and producing CVRs. You will help control cashflow and maximise profitability while building strong client and supplier relationships.
