A leading Regional Main Contractor that build, refurbish and regenerate homes and communities across the UK have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based on a large, long-term residential regeneration scheme in South East London.

The company are an innovative and ambitious business that combine their industry expertise and unrivalled local knowledge to help transform communities and leave a lasting legacy everywhere they work.

They are working on a long term regeneration scheme in South East London comprising the demolition and redevelopment of over 1000 homes, with circa 1500 new high quality, mixed tenure homes. This is a long term scheme that is well underway with many years left to run.

They are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to help support the commercial team, with phase 1 due to be completed soon and work due to begin on phase 2 imminently. Ideally, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have experience working on residential projects, with RC frame experience, and be degree qualified. • Ideally Degree qualified
• Track record working for a reputable main contractor or residential developer
• Experience working on large residential / regeneration schemes is ideal
• Good commercial skills and awareness
• Full Driving License
• Able to commute to South East London on a daily basis
