The consultancy is seeking an innovative Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team. Working closely with senior surveyors, the successful candidate will deliver outstanding results for clients, focusing on commercial and high-value residential projects. They will predominantly work in the high-end/super prime residential space, collaborating with high-net-worth individuals, funds, and investors, among others.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver building survey reports and related services for commercial and high-value residential projects, in collaboration with senior surveyors.
Manage client expectations and maintain high standards of service quality on assigned projects.
Qualifications- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
- Strong experience in building surveys, defect diagnosis, party wall matters, dilapidations, and design works
- Knowledge of luxury property and high-quality residential sector
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage contractors and consultants
- Familiarity with health and safety legislation and ability to act as Project Director when needed
- Self-driven with a desire for career growth and networking opportunities
