Criterion Capital are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our in-house contracting team. This role focuses on managing budgets, cost control, and contractual matters across a range of development projects in Greater London.
You will prepare tender and bills of quantities, procure materials, negotiate contracts, and report financial forecasts to senior management. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years in a Senior QS role and strong software skills.
