Senior Estimator - Landscaping & Civils
North London | £90,000 Salary | ASAP Start
Requirements- Minimum 15 years' estimating experience
- Proven track record in landscaping and civils projects
- Strong commercial awareness and tendering capability
- Ability to manage multiple bids and work independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Identifying value engineering opportunities
- Supporting successful project delivery from pre-construction stage
- Salary up to £90,000 depending on experience
- Immediate / ASAP start available
- Long-term opportunity with a growing business
- North London office base
