Grosvenor Maxwell in London is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a £24m new build RC frame affordable housing scheme in South West London. You will work alongside and report into a Senior Quantity Surveyor on site to manage procurement, measurements, variations and final accounts.
Candidates will have a Quantity Surveying or Construction qualification and main contracting experience. Career progression and development are on offer.
