Project Quantity Surveyor - Marylebone, London
Roles and Responsibilities- Administer project documentation and contracts, primarily using the JCT suite
- Produce budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts
- Prepare interim valuations, price variations, and manage change orders
- Coordinate subcontractor packages, procurement activities, and payment schedules
- Monitor expenditures, reconcile accounts, and produce detailed performance reports
- Finalise accounts, warranties, guarantees, and project close‑out records
- Engage clients, consultants, and suppliers to maintain commercial alignment
- Degree, HND, or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction
- Experience in JCT Contracts
- Experience in Fit‑Out, Refurbishment and Residential projects
