Referment is partnering with a market-leading specialist engineering and infrastructure contractor to appoint two Senior Estimators to join their expanding Pre-Construction team. Based at the companys London HQ, you will lead bids on rail civil and FRC projects, developing winning strategies and guiding multidisciplinary teams to successful contract awards.
