Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) Independent Property Consultancy | London Are you a recently chartered Quantity Surveyor with up to 12 months' post qualification experience looking to accelerate your career within a consultancy where progression is genuine, leadership is accessible, and your contribution is valued? The Role Joining an established London Cost Consultancy team, you will deliver a broad range of pre and post-contract services across both commercial and residential projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Contract Administration, with experience of JCT and NEC forms of contract preferred Cost planning and cost management Procurement and tender management Preparation of Schedules of Works and Bills of Quantities Reinstatement Cost Assessments Direct client liaison and project delivery responsibilities Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate This is a hands-on, client-facing position offering a high degree of autonomy, responsibility and exposure to key stakeholders.

About You MRICS qualified is essential, ideally with no more than 12 months' PQE Previous experience within a cost consultancy environment Exposure to both commercial and residential projects Demonstrable experience across both pre and post-contract services Strong understanding of procurement and tender processes Comfortable managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor A collaborative approach with an interest in supporting and developing junior colleagues What's on Offer Salary up to £65k depending on experience Bonus and comprehensive benefits package including private healthcare, life assurance, personal accident cover and more Hybrid working arrangement, typically three days in the office and two from home, with flexibility for the right individual A clear and transparent pathway to Senior Quantity Surveyor, with progression plans established from the outset If you're seeking an environment where career progression is actively supported rather than simply discussed, this represents an excellent opportunity to join a respected consultancy with an outstanding reputation across the commercial property sector.
