Principal Building Inspector (2F to 3H) - Central London

Salary – Up to £78,000 (DOE & registration level) Company Car / Car Allowance, flexible schedule, hybrid working & generous benefits package Our Role

We are looking for a Principal Building Inspector to join our Holborn team to assist in covering the wider London area. We are keen to speak to customer focused Building Inspectors with plan checking and site inspection experience in commercial projects.

Stroma Building Control can offer the ideal candidate the chance to gain experience in various roles, including consultancy and working with the BSR. You will need

BSR registration of Class 2F up to 3G/H for plan checking and site inspection
Previous in-house or external building control experience
Demonstrable building control case management (portfolio of work)
Ability to manage a caseload of regional building control works at different stages of build
Current valid driving licence
Work as part of a team and independently

You will receive

Up to £78,000 (depending on experience and registration level)
