A fast-growing specialist contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding commercial team, delivering complex enabling works, cut & carve, demolition, structural alterations, and civils projects across London.

The business has grown rapidly to £15m turnover and continues to win high-profile, technically challenging work across the capital – making this a great time to join and grow with them.

You’ll take commercial responsibility across multiple live projects (£1m to £5m), working closely with operational teams to keep projects commercially strong and running smoothly.

• Cost control, valuations, variations, and subcontractor management
• Commercial support across enabling works and structural projects
• Forecasting, reporting, and risk management
• Supporting procurement and project delivery teams
