Wates Property Services is recruiting a Site Surveyor for a major social housing planned works contract in the Birmingham area. You will survey properties, provide technical support, and help scope, specify and deliver refurbishment and energy efficiency projects across occupied homes.
The role requires carrying out inspections across multiple sites, liaising with residents and teams, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
