Location: Greater London
Ernest Park, a leading main contractor in London, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to provide accurate cost estimates, manage budgets, and support procurement on medium to large-scale projects across London and Home Counties. You will work with Directors, Project Managers, Engineers and contractors to deliver value and maintain cost reporting while ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
We require 2+ years in QS for main contracting, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and MS Excel.
