Public Sector in England is looking for an Interim Senior Surveyor to lead a significant planned investment programme across a large residential property portfolio. This role involves managing a small team of Surveyors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, knowledge of CDM 2015, and a relevant qualification such as HNC/HND in Building Surveying. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
