THE PEOPLE POD LIMITED is seeking a Senior Estimator to shape competitive bids across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in the UK. You will review drawings and BOQs, prepare take-offs and full cost estimates, and analyse supplier quotations to drive cost-effective tender submissions.
You will work with project managers, engineers and procurement to update cost databases and support pre-construction with value-engineering opportunities.
