You will be the most senior person within the estimating team, taking ownership of multi-million pound projects, and managing another Estimator.

- Work closely with Pre-Construction, Commercial, Design, Planning, and Operations teams to develop winning bid solutions.
- Attend internal bid reviews and contribute to tender adjudication meetings.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners during the tender process.
- Support two-stage tenders, negotiated contracts, framework opportunities, and competitive bids.
- Maintain and develop cost databases, benchmarking information, and historical pricing records.
- Ensure estimates comply with company procedures, client requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Mentor and support the other Estimator in the team, providing technical guidance and reviewing their work.
