Director of Construction

Our client is a nationally recognised contractor with a group turnover of £1bn+. Undertaking projects ranging from £50m - £300m, mixed use residential, commercial and student accommodation (high rise schemes).

The need now exists for an experienced Construction Director to take charge of £500m+ works.

The position will be based out of their office in London.

The ideal candidate would have a stable work history, gained with a recognised main contractor.

Our client is seeking a Construction Director with strong planning & pre-construction skills with the experience of liaising with client's architects, subcontractors and a knowledge of current building regulations.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £150k - £175k + full package & bonus system.
