Location: Greater London
PSR Solutions is seeking a Freelance Estimator (Demolition) in Central London with 3–5 years of estimating experience pricing demolition, soft strip and cut & carve projects.
You will price tenders from first principles, work with the delivery team, prepare costed risk registers, and present findings at internal and external meetings. Degree in Civil Engineering or site background preferred; office-based role with immediate start on a long-term contract.
