Overview
An Electrical Supervisor is required for a high-end residential project based in Wandsworth, London. The project consists of 300 units and the client is performing new build M&E. The Electrical Supervisor will primarily supervise subcontractors on site.
Responsibilities- Make sure all work is carried out to a high finish.
- Conduct Toolbox Talks.
- Monitor progress and coordinate the programme and schedule meetings.
- Inspect for snagging and obtain client sign-off.
- Participate in design meetings.
- Read drawings, advise on errors and address diagrams.
- Ensure works are of a high standard adhering to health and safety requirements.
- Implement Health & Safety processes on site.
- Plan electrical works on site to meet builders programme.
- Organise subcontractors on site.
- Attend weekly site meetings.
- Assist the project managers on site.
Our client is looking to pay £300 - £330 per day or £65,000 - £75,000 + Package
