Site Manager – UK-Wide Projects

UKLC is looking for a proactive and experienced Site Manager to join our growing team, working on projects across the UK.

At UKLC, we deliver a wide range of works including civil engineering, groundworks, steel erection, and associated infrastructure projects. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of site operations, manage day-to-day activities, and represent the company professionally with our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering background and be confident managing site teams, subcontractors, documentation, reporting, and site set-up from start to finish.

• Civil engineering / construction background
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS card
• Strong Excel skills
• Able to create site documents, reports, records, and client updates
• Confident setting up sites and managing site set-up requirements
• Able to obtain quotations / tender for site set-up items and materials
• Highly proactive, organised, and able to work independently
• Willing to travel and stay away during the week when required

Projects will be located throughout the UK, so flexibility to work away from home is essential. Accommodation when working away will be paid for, along with mileage to site.
