Site Manager - Fire Stopping

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple fire stopping projects across South London and Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day running of multiple fire stopping sites.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and project schedules.
Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
Carry out regular site inspections and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and office staff to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and complete site documentation.

Requirements:

Previous experience managing construction or passive fire protection/fire stopping projects.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
Willingness to travel across South London and Surrey.
