Project Manager – Fit Out Overview

This role invites an experienced Project Manager to join a growing contractor delivering high-quality fit-out projects across London and the South of England. The position is permanent and full-time. The Project Manager will take ownership of projects from pre‑construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• Manage commercial fit‑out projects across London and the South of England.
• Oversee projects from mobilisation through to handover.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Monitor project progress, manage programmes, and resolve any site issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures.
• Attend client meetings, site progress meetings, and provide regular project updates.
• Be willing to travel nationally when required.

• Proven experience managing commercial fit‑out projects.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Excellent client‑facing experience with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Experience managing subcontractors, project programmes, and budgets.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

• £60,000 – £65,000 depending on experience.
