Location: Central London
Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 + Package / Benefits

About the CompanyOur client is an established reinforced concrete frame and groundworks contractor delivering major projects across London and the South East. The business has a strong reputation for delivering complex residential and commercial packages, with project values typically ranging from £5 million to £30 million.
About the RoleOur client is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major reinforced concrete frame project in Central London. The project includes a high‑rise reinforced concrete core, extensive basement construction and a significant slipform package.
The successful candidate will be involved during the pre‑construction stage before taking responsibility for the project through delivery. You will oversee the programme, manage site teams and subcontractors, coordinate with the client and ensure the works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Requirements- Previous experience leading reinforced concrete frame projects in London.
- Proven experience delivering high‑rise concrete structures.
- Strong knowledge of slipform construction and complex basement packages.
- Experience managing projects valued at £15 million or above.
- Confident managing programmes, site teams and subcontractors.
- Strong commercial awareness and client‑facing skills.
- Engineering background would be advantageous.
Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Flexible engagement available through PAYE, CIS or LTD.
