We are looking for an experienced Groundworks & Masonry Operative with a strong background in residential construction and refurbishment projects. Skilled in carrying out structural groundworks, brick and blockwork, concrete works, and structural steel installations while maintaining the highest standards. A proactive team player with excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering projects efficiently, safely, and to programme.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Working Site Foreman/Woman to take charge of construction activities across our projects. You will supervise trades and subcontractors, maintain programme and quality standards, and step in practically where needed. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have come up through a trade background and understand what it takes to deliver complex, detail-led projects.

We are looking for a reliable and multi-skilled Operative to deliver high-quality upkeep and repairs across our residential and commercial properties in London and Surrey. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks from minor electrical and plumbing work to carpentry and general repairs while representing Penn Contracting. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of the standard you leave behind.

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Driver/Storeman to keep our busy London and Surrey sites running smoothly. You will be responsible for collecting and delivering materials, maintaining a well-organised company store, and supporting site teams with logistics and general labour. This is a varied role at the heart of our operations, ideal for someone who takes pride in doing things properly and knows how to plan efficiently.

We are seeking an experienced Multi Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of refurbishment and construction projects. You will be responsible for coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and logistics across several live sites, ensuring that Health and Safety, quality standards, budgets, and deadlines are consistently achieved. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of on-site construction activities. You will be responsible for managing labour, subcontractors, and site logistics, ensuring that Health and Safety, quality standards, and project timelines are consistently met. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic site environment and takes pride in leading teams to deliver efficient, high-quality work.
