A leading main contractor is currently seeking to recruit a Site Manager for a new build warehouse project in East London. The project is already on site and due to complete in December 2026.

Reporting to a Project Manager, the successful site manager will be required to oversee certain areas of the build organising relevant trade subcontractors and liaising with the client.

Role/duties:

Ensure smooth on site construction process
Managing of all site labour and sub-contractors
Management of the programme & minimising/eliminating potential programme delays
Strong understanding of H&S requirements and regulations

Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
