Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to join a well-established principal contractor delivering high-profile construction projects across London?

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading UK construction business with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex projects across a range of sectors. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of projects from site.

The Role

As Site Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing subcontractors and coordinating daily site activities.

Maintaining programme, quality and health & safety standards.

Issuing and managing permits to work.

Coordinating temporary works and site logistics.

Managing snagging, inspections and quality control.

Liaising with clients, consultants, utilities and the wider project team.

Supporting the commercial team with variations and project requirements.

Ensuring compliance with current CDM and Health & Safety legislation.

About You

We're keen to speak with experienced Site Managers who can demonstrate:

Previous experience delivering medium to large construction projects for a principal contractor.

Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.

Experience across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, retail, refurbishment or new build.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A proactive approach with a strong focus on quality and safety.

Proven Site Management experience within the UK construction industry

First Aid at Work

Temporary Works experience

Construction-related qualification
