The Role
As the Senior Building Surveyor, you’ll:
- Manage refurbishment and capital works projects across residential portfolios.
- Deliver projects through RIBA Stages 1–6.
- Prepare specifications, schedules of work and technical reports.
- Compile and manage tender documentation, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

You
To be successful in the role of Senior Building Surveyor, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a Senior Building Surveyor or Project Manager role.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 1–6.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience in residential projects, particularly within Local Authority or Social Housing sectors.
