We're working with a well-established London Local Authority looking to strengthen its Building Control team with experienced Registered Building Inspectors, from Class 2A right through to Class 3.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive team delivering a varied workload across domestic, commercial and higher-risk buildings while playing a key role in maintaining high standards of building safety.
The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering a full Building Control service, including:
- Plan checking and assessing Building Regulations applications.
- Carrying out site inspections across a varied portfolio of projects.
- Managing your own caseload while ensuring compliance with current Building Regulations and legislation.
- Providing technical advice to applicants, developers, architects and other stakeholders.
