Role Overview

The Project Surveyor is a key technical role within the Assets team, responsible for ensuring that the Association's homes are safe, compliant, and well maintained, while delivering planned investment programmes that improve property condition and resident wellbeing.

Working closely with the Operations Manager Asset and Compliance and the Operations Manager Repairs and contractors, the role ensures compliance with statutory landlord obligations, supports effective contract management and delivery of high-quality capital works.
