One of London's leading super-prime residential contractors is looking to appoint an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team.

This role is aimed at an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who's ready to accelerate their career. Perhaps you're working within a larger contractor and feel your development has slowed, or you're looking for greater responsibility and exposure to high-quality projects.

You'll join a close-knit commercial team delivering some of London's most prestigious private residential projects, working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Directors who are committed to developing the next generation of commercial professionals.

Rather than becoming another number within a large commercial department, you'll be given genuine responsibility, excellent mentoring and a clear pathway towards Quantity Surveyor.

Working alongside experienced commercial professionals, you'll support the financial management of complex super-prime residential projects from pre-construction through to final account.
