CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an Extra Works Manager for a high-profile FM service contract in London. You will identify, price, manage and deliver non-routine works, refurbishments and compliance upgrades on an iconic site near Kings Cross.
This role requires strong commercial awareness and proven project-management capability. Working from Monday to Friday, you will coordinate engineers and subcontractors, prepare quotes and RAMS, and ensure safety, quality and budget targets are met.
