We deliver Residential, Co-Living, PBSA (Purpose Built Student Accommodation), Build to Rent (BTR), Commercial Office, Education and Heritage projects across London and the UK.Due to continued growth across our London teams, we are seeking a Quantity Surveyor (or Assistant QS ready to step up) to join our Central London office.

Projects range from 50 to 500+ unit residential and mixed-use developments, typically valued between £20m–£100m.

The Role As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key commercial role across projects, working closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors and Directors.

Depending on your experience level, you will take ownership of defined work streams while continuing to develop your capability within a supportive team structure.
