Site Manager Required in South East London

GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established main contractor, based in South East London, who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team.

As a main contractor they work on a range of refurbishment, extension, new build, and renovation projects across commercial, residential and public sectors. Their projects typically range from 200k- 4m in value.

40K - 65K + package

The Site Manager must have/be:

Proven experience delivering refurbishment, extension, new build and renovation projects
Strong background working for a main contractor
Minimum of 5+ years experience in Site Management
Ability to oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
Strong health & safety awareness and site compliance knowledge
Excellent communication and leadership skills
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work
Experience working across commercial, residential, or public sector projects
