Our Trainee Programme is designed to develop exceptional house building professionals in the Vistry Way. You will be supported to initially complete a L4

Higher Apprenticeship before potentially progressingto a Degree Apprenticeship, all whilst earning a greatsalary and market leading benefits package

Do you like to be in the thick of the action? Are youmotivated by seeing progress and results? If so, the construction department is for you. As a memberof the construction team, you’ll be involved in transforming plans on paper into real-life homes and communities. It could be anything from working acrosstrades teams, overseeing the build progress of ourhomes to inspecting plots.

School Leaver candidate; 4 GCSEs (C orabove, or Grade 4-9) including English and Maths. As well as 2 A Levels or equivalent level qualification.
