Job Title: Contract Asbestos Surveyor Location: London Rate: £250 - £260 per day Determination: Outside of scope Contract Length: 6 months Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours
The Role: Are you a freelance asbestos surveyor looking for a new contract opportunity? We have an exciting opening for a dedicated professional to conduct commercial surveys across major UK infrastructure projects. This is a highly unique role where no two days are ever alike, and great experience can be gained on this contract due to the diverse properties you will encounter.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) surveys on various commercial properties and infrastructure sites.
- Accurately taking bulk samples of any suspected Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs).
- Managing your own workload independently on a weekly basis to meet project deadlines.
- Ensuring the timely submission of survey reports and samples.
About You:
- You must hold the BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) qualification.
- A proven track record of post-qualification experience is strictly required, with demonstrable and excellent commercial survey experience.
