Quantity Surveyor

The Role This is an opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing business where you’ll play a key role in the commercial delivery of façade packages.

The role will have a strong focus on subcontractor management, working closely with both main contractors and specialist subcontractors across multiple projects.

You’ll be based in London, with projects located nationwide, so flexibility to travel is essential.

Key Responsibilities Manage commercial aspects of façade / envelope projects

Work closely with subcontractors – procurement, payments, and accounts

Liaise with main contractors and project teams

Prepare valuations, cost reports, and forecasts

Identify, price, and manage variations

Support final accounts and project close-out Ensure projects are delivered within budget and maximise margin

What They’re Looking For Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor Background working with main contractors and/or subcontractors

Experience with in façade, cladding, glazing, or external envelope (preferred)
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project life cycles

Ability to manage workload across multiple projects

Willingness to travel to sites across the UKWhat’s on Offer
60,000 – 100,000 salary (depending on experience)
Car allowance (to be discussed)
