Chartered Project Manager Construction| MRICS PM | Boutique Consultancy | Prime Residential London Salary up to £75,000 plus travel allowance, benefits & bonus Acting as the clients Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the appointed Contractors and specialist trades on a prime residential dwelling in central London. You will have a strong technical background supported by a formal qualification in construction, ideally (MRICS) or working towards, ideally Construction Management or Architecturally trained, similarly you could be a Quantity Surveyor with proven Project Management experience.

Our client, is seeking an ambitious Project Manager capable of dealing with all aspects of the development cycle to include design, budget appraisals, procurement and monitoring program. Whilst the role is predominantly office based you will still have a physical presence on site and attend/chair progress meetings when required. Key Criteria for Client-Side Project Manager:
