Salter Grange is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management on a major hotel development in South West London from ground up. You will own procurement, cost control, and final accounts, working closely with site teams and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management and proven main contractor experience on hotel, residential, or commercial schemes, with strong JCT contract knowledge.
