Location: Greater London
Fortus Recruitment Group is seeking a Contracts Supervisor for South East London to lead retrofit and FRA work in social housing. This permanent role covers tower blocks and scattered properties in South East London and Kent, with a focus on safety, quality and programme delivery.
The ideal candidate will manage subcontractors, maintain records, and drive performance while ensuring CDM compliance and staff development. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
