Are you an experienced Estimator with a background in high-end interior fit outs, focussing in any of the following disciplines glazing, partitions, or joinery?

The ideal candidate is one who can build relationships, follow up on tenders won or lost and be proactive in their role, this is a fast paced environment with a client who offers excellent work life balance and looks after their staff.

Our client is a renowned name in the interior fit-out industry, known for delivering prestigious projects across the UK. They are seeking a talented Estimator to support their continued growth and help price and deliver projects that exceed client expectations.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for high-value projects.
• Work closely with the project management and design teams to ensure accurate pricing that aligns with project specifications.
• Analyze project requirements, identify cost drivers, and build comprehensive pricing structures.
• Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to understand project scope.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, obtaining quotes to ensure accurate cost projections.
• Deliver detailed breakdowns and presentations to stakeholders, supporting the team from tender through to project completion.

• 5+ years of experience in estimating within the interior fit-out sector, with a focus on.
• Demonstrated experience in pricing multi-million-pound high-end projects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in estimation software and advanced skills in Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative approach to working with both internal teams and external partners.
• Sound knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
