Construction Support Technician Apprentice (Level 3

Introduction

Support construction projects through administration, document control, project coordination, health & safety record management and stakeholder communication.

A construction organisation delivering building and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will work within a professional project environment supporting operational and project delivery teams.

The Apprentice Construction Support Technician will work within the construction delivery team, supporting project managers, site teams and commercial functions.

Duties include:

• Maintaining project records
• Preparing reports
• Coordinating meetings
• Tracking progress against schedules
• Supporting procurement activities
• Updating health and safety documentation
• Liaising with clients, contractors and suppliers, and ensuring information is accurately recorded

The apprentice will gain experience across a variety of live construction projects while completing the Level 3 apprenticeship standard.

Progression to Construction Project Coordinator, Trainee Quantity Surveyor, Site Supervisor or higher-level construction apprenticeships such as Construction Site Supervisor Level 4.
