An independent and well-established construction consultancy is seeking a skilled M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their London office.

The Role:

We are actively seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor with expertise in managing mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will take ownership of M&E cost management across a variety of projects, ensuring budgets are controlled, risks are managed, and value is delivered for clients. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a dynamic consultancy and work on high-profile developments.

The ideal candidate will have:

A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an M&E Quantity Surveying role.
Proven experience managing M&E packages independently.
A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems within construction.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
MRICS accreditation or be actively working towards completing their APC.
