Our client is an established specialist contractor delivering reinforced concrete frames, complex basements and groundworks packages across London and the Home Counties.
With a turnover of approximately £80 million and next year’s workload already secured, the company has built a strong position within its market. Its reputation is based on delivering technically challenging projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard, supported by long-standing client relationships and an experienced operational team.
About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to oversee the full preconstruction process and support the continued development of the business.
This is a senior, client-facing position requiring someone who can build strong relationships, identify and secure new opportunities, and coordinate projects successfully from initial enquiry through to handover.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Preconstruction Manager or Project Management
* Strong RC Frame, Groundworks and Civils experience
* Ideally come from an Engineering background
* Good understanding of construction programming and methodology
* Excellent client-facing skills
* Strong communication, organisation and leadership abilities
* Able to manage the complete preconstruction process
