Senior Quantity Surveyor

A well-established, independent property and construction consultancy are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Cost Consultancy team in Central London. The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an established and highly regarded consultancy that operates across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, residential, industrial, logistics, retail, hospitality and mixed-use developments.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role within the Cost Consultancy team, managing projects and key client relationships independently, with an involvement in team support and leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who wants to take genuine ownership of their projects, work closely with senior leadership and clients, and play an important role in the continued growth of a specialist consultancy.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Requirements A degree in Quantity Surveying MRICS qualified or close to completing APC Strong experience within a consultancy environment Experience managing projects independently from inception through to completion Confident in client-facing environments Experience across commercial, residential and/or mixed-use sectors is beneficial Ability to support and mentor more junior members of the team What's on offer?
