Quantity Surveyor

A construction consultancy with a team of 150 total employees, are looking to add 3x Quantity Surveyors to their work-winning and profitable Quantity Surveying team.

The Quantity Surveyors will be joining at a crucial time of growth as the business have just been awarded 4 new projects all within the Commercial Fit Out world and high end Hotels.

The Quantity Surveyors will be hybrid working, with the office being in a short walk from Marylebone.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

With great support from the key Directors, the new Quantity Surveyors will jump right into Commercial CAT B fit out projects, worth £2M and £4.5M. Both have between 8 and 16 weeks on them.

You will then begin work on their hotel scheme due to start in January.

Other project values will range between £1M - £25M.

Key duties such as feasibility studies, cost plans, tender support and then taking all projects through to final accounts.

If you are MRICS/Chartered, this would be beneficial, but not crucial as they can support you within 12 months.

• Quantity Surveying background with a consultancy
• Understanding of JCT (D&B) contracts
• Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
• Wanting to become MRICS
• Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle
