Role & Responsibilities Carry out fire surveys and assessments including EWS1 and cladding inspections across projects

Provide technical advice to clients on fire safety systems and compliance requirements

Mentor junior surveyors and support development across the wider team Manage project resources ensuring delivery aligns with programme, cost, and quality requirements

Review site reports and ensure compliance with regulatory and project standards

Liaise with project managers and engineers to deliver surveys in line with contractual obligations

Support client management and maintain strong relationships across project life cycles

Keep up to date with industry guidance and share knowledge across the organisation

Skills & Experience Required Minimum ten years experience within construction with at least two years in surveying roles

Alternatively seven years experience as a Building Control Surveyor within construction environments

Experience working with fire stopping systems and dry lining within construction projects

Professional membership such as MRICS, MCABE, MIFIREE, or MCIOB or working towards

Strong understanding of fire safety design guidance and regulatory processes

Experience working on cladding and façade projects including EWS1 assessments

Ability to mentor and manage junior team members within project environments

Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for site visits and travel

Salary & Benefits Salary range between 40,000 and 70,000 depending on experience and level
