A well-established and highly respected super-prime main contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a beautiful townhouse refurbishment in Knightsbridge.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-quality, design-led project within a modern, forward-thinking business known for delivering exceptional private residential schemes across prime central London.

You will take commercial responsibility for a stunning luxury townhouse refurbishment, working closely with an experienced Commercial Manager and project team.

The scheme offers the opportunity to be involved from early stages through to completion, managing the commercial process on a detailed, craftsmanship-led project.

• Supporting the Commercial Manager in the financial delivery of the project

• Procurement of specialist subcontract packages

• Managing subcontract accounts, variations and valuations

• Cost reporting, forecasting and risk management
